An economy class hotel for those who want to save money. For travelers for 1 night, it's really nothing... advantages of the location are unambiguous, as there are two supermarkets and clothing stores nearby and station is not far, there are many underground parking lots of other hotels, price will be for a day about 20-25€.
Less: the area (Turkish), but it looks a little scary only in the evening... In our room near the window there was a spotlight for the sign... Given that we were with a small child it was very uncomfortable, the curtain did not help much. Plus, the noise at night ranges from people for hours to 22... The bed is made of two mattresses, they used to move around all the time. It's better to have one double bed.

The hotel was lovely little thanks to its particularly helpful staff. Unbeatable location in a perfectly safe area, close enough to the airport as well as the main railway station. And 10 mins walk to a prominent public square.

Room and hotel inside were generally clean and furniture new. You can tell that, for the moment, it's well cared for. breakfast, for the small that is the buffet, was varied and they were replacing until the last moment. That you could have a free tea, coffee or water during the day is appreciated. There are many supermarkets of various chains around, central station is about 3 minutes walk and 5-6min from Marienplatz. It is quite central. We had a problem with the guests in the room right above us, because on the second day there started to be a very strong smell of tobacco in the bathroom, next day they solved it because, it is forbidden to smoke in the whole hotel and they took socks with those guests. staff in general is friendly and they all speak English. luggage drop off service is free and without any problem.
It's a pity about the situation he's in, because he's completely ruined it. The worst area I've ever stayed in in my life. It's a total slum, and even if some people say there's security, I wouldn't be so sure. We always tried not to arrive later than 8pm-9pm because the atmosphere is so bad. It's a typical slum for foreigners, not for other cities in Germany. We even saw the police arresting drug addicts, which was unfortunate. My mother and I stayed there for 7 nights (enough to have this opinion) and we are clear that we will not stay there again just because of the unsafe environment. You couldn't even get into the cafeterias because of how extremely watched you feel (especially being a woman), horrible.

Beautiful location. It takes 7 minutes to get to the central station and the metro, 5 minutes to the historic centre. The area, although Turkish, but quite calm. There was no inconvenience... Rooms are clean and quite cozy, the level of the hotel. Were in early December - pleased to be able to adjust the heating. The bathrooms are compact and clean. Sound insulation is also good. Most of the rooms on the floor were occupied, including the family with a small child, but we did not hear the neighbors. . . Breakfast is modest, but nourishing and delicious enough. A special plus for a good coffee bean... The staff is friendly and responsive. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but we were settled immediately without problems. Any questions were solved quickly and easily.

location of the hotel is quite convenient. Close to the station (7-10 minutes walk) It was important for us because we traveled a lot on trains in the surrounding towns and from the airport, too. At the same time, hotel is not so close to the station to feel the inconvenience of such proximity. Marienplatz and centre are also not far. room is a bit shabby. However, it was compensated for by the price and normal daily cleaning. In 7 nights, bed was changed twice. It's a good bed. pillows are empty, I like it even better. There was a mini bar in the room, we used as a fridge. It was very warm. Nobody used to cut down the batteries (as is common in Europe) when we left for the whole day. We'd come to a warm room. It was nice! (were in December). Always free recipe coffee.
Breakfast doesn't seem to be bad if you stay in a hotel for no more than three nights. I guess that's what most of the guests do. But by the end of the week, the uniformity was starting to depress me. There were no Bretzels or Weisswurts either. But we did come to Bavaria... The hotel is located in the Turkish district. We have nothing against the Turks (at one time we lived 9 months in this beautiful country), but to get to the real Turkey, going to Germany, a little strange. However, it didn't bother us at all. And if you walk a block towards the center, Germany starts to show up gradually.

The location was super handy, just a short walk from the train station, made exploring the area so easy. The room was spacious enough for our family of four and kept clean by diligent housekeeping.
In my wife's opinion.
